After that, we’ll begin our overnight drive towards the beautiful town of Manali.
Relax and get comfortable as we prepare for an exciting journey ahead.
On our way, we’ll take enough breaks for you to rejuvenate, including a dinner break.
Day 2 starts with you witnessing the beauty of the Himalayas.
We’ll arrive in Manali by morning and check into our cozy accommodations. Here, you’ll get all the basic amenities, along with breakfast and dinner options.
After getting settled in and freshening up, you’ll have the afternoon free to explore the scenic town.
You can visit Mall Road for a bit of shopping or head to the famous Hadimba Temple.
If you’re in the mood for some relaxation, Old Manali is known for its laid-back vibe and quaint cafes. You can enjoy cafe-hopping.
Don’t miss Vashist Temple and its rejuvenating hot water springs.
In the evening, we’ll gather back at the accommodation for a delicious dinner, followed by a briefing about the next day's adventure.
After breakfast, we’ll begin our scenic drive to the Spiti Valley, crossing the famous Atal Tunnel that connects Manali to Lahaul.
This will be a scenic drive filled with greenery and snow patches along the way.
Our next challenge is crossing Kunzum La, the gateway to Spiti, standing at a stunning 14,931 feet.
By evening, we’ll arrive in Kaza, the heart of Spiti Valley.
We’ll check in and have a well-deserved dinner before settling in for the night, with amazing mountain views all around us.
Today, we’ll explore the incredible sights of the Spiti Valley.
After breakfast, we’ll start our day by visiting the stunning Key Monastery, one of the largest and most beautiful in the region.
Next, we’ll drive to Chicham Bridge, the highest suspension bridge in Asia.
We’ll then head to the iconic villages of Hikkim (home to the world’s highest post office), Komic (the highest motorable village), and Langza (known for its giant Buddha statue).
Each of these stops offers unique views of the valley and a taste of local life.
By evening, we’ll return to Kaza for a cozy dinner and overnight stay.

Today, we start heading back towards Manali, but not without making one last stop at the stunning Chandratal Lake.
Chandratal, known for its pristine blue waters and surrounding snow-capped peaks, is one of the most breathtaking spots in Himachal Pradesh.
We’ll set up camp near the lake, enjoy some leisure time, and savor the peace and beauty of this remarkable place.
As night falls, we’ll gather around for a warm dinner, sharing stories under the star-filled sky.
After breakfast, we’ll start our journey back to Manali.
Once in Manali, you’ll have some time to relax at a local café and reflect on the journey.
In the afternoon, we’ll depart for Delhi, where we will arrive the following morning, bringing back a treasure trove of unforgettable memories.

Weather Planning:
Spiti is a cold desert with harsh winters and mild summers. The best time to visit is from May to October, when roads are open and the weather is manageable.
Prepare for High Altitudes:
Spiti is at high altitudes (up to 4,500 meters), so take time to acclimatize and stay hydrated to avoid altitude sickness.
Book Accommodations in Advance:
Due to its remote location, it’s important to book stays and permits ahead of time, especially during peak season (June-September). SkyHike will take care of this!
Respect Local Culture:
Spiti is a culturally rich region with Tibetan Buddhism. Dress modestly, follow local customs, and be respectful at monasteries and sacred sites.
👉 While entering passenger names during the booking process, Do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g. Aadhar Crad/PAN card/ Passport/Voter ID card/Any Identity Card) that you will be carrying for the Trip/Trek.
👉 The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per Adhar Card. Sky Hike will not bear any liability for the name change fee if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
👉 In case your package needs to be canceled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions, etc. SkyHike reserves the right to deny a refund request in the event of a disaster, depending on the nature of the disaster and its impact on the organization.
👉 Sky Hike reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, cancellation rescheduling, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
👉 100.0% of the total Trip/Trek cost will have to be paid 7 days before the Date of Travel.
👉 To confirm your Trek/Trip booking, a 30% advance payment is necessary. Once we receive your deposit, we'll send you a confirmation email with all the details, Invoice & due amount, and payment date.
👉 If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the Date of Travel, 25% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
👉 If cancellation is made between 29 days to 16 days before the date of travel, 50% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
👉 If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 80% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
👉 If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
👉 If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation Email, Sky Hike reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds will be issued as per the package cancellation policy.
👉 Transfer your Trek/Trip (any Trek/Trip, within 2 months of your Date of Travel) to your friend before 15 days of your Date of Travel.
👉 You can only Transfer your Trip or Trek to those friends or People who haven’t booked any trip with us in a given time period.
👉 70% cash voucher in the form of 'HikeCoin' for any other Trip/Trek for one year, If we are informed before 20 days of the date of travel. (1 Rupees = 10 HikeCoin)
👉 80% cash voucher in the form of 'HikeCoin' for the same Trip/Trek for one year. If we are informed 20 days before the date of travel, (1 Rupee = 10 HikeCoin)
👉 The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
👉 We recommend avoiding going on adventure trips with young children below the age of 7 years including Dham Yatra. The Dham Yatra has a demanding itinerary that can be challenging for young children.
👉 Children under 5 years old are free of charge. However, Please note that this typically applies to one child per paying adult. Additional children under 5 Y/O may require a separate seat or pay a discounted fare.
👉 Children between 6 and 12 years old will be charged 70% of the adult travel cost (per person).
👉 Children 13 years and older will be charged the full adult travel cost.
👉 Please be sure to provide the accurate age of all traveling children at the time of booking.
👉 Documentation proving a child's age may be required during check-in (e.g., birth certificate, Adhar Card/Passport).
