These Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary value. The gift amount can range between ₹1,000 and ₹50,000 and may only be redeemed according to the platform’s applicable policies. Users are responsible for providing accurate recipient information including email address and contact number during the purchase process. Gift Cards may have a limited validity period, and expired Gift Cards will not be reactivated, refunded, or extended. Any unauthorized usage, duplication, fraudulent activity, or misuse may result in immediate cancellation without prior notice. The company reserves the right to modify Gift Card policies, promotional offers, or redemption conditions at any time. By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card, users automatically agree to all applicable terms, privacy policies, and platform guidelines. In case of technical issues, disputes, or verification concerns, the final decision of the company management shall remain binding.

To redeem the Gift Card, the sender must first select the desired gift amount and provide complete recipient and sender details including name, email address, contact number, and a personalized message. Once the request is successfully submitted and verified, the Gift Card will be delivered digitally to the recipient through the registered email address or communication channel. The recipient can use the Gift Card while purchasing eligible products or services on the platform by entering the provided Gift Card details during checkout or redemption. The applicable Gift Card balance will automatically be adjusted against the selected service or order amount. If the purchase value exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid separately by the user. Gift Cards that are expired, previously redeemed, duplicated, or suspected of unauthorized activity may become invalid automatically.
