Gift Cards issued by SkyHike Pvt Ltd. are valid only for eligible purchases, travel packages, and services available on the SkyHike platform. These Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary value.

The Gift Card amount may range between ₹1,000 and ₹50,000 and can only be redeemed as per SkyHike Pvt Ltd’s applicable policies, terms, and redemption guidelines. Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details, including the recipient’s email address and contact number, at the time of purchase. Gift Cards may be subject to a limited validity period. Once expired, Gift Cards will not be reactivated, refunded, extended, or adjusted under any circumstances.

Any unauthorized use, duplication, fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of the Gift Card terms may result in immediate cancellation without prior notice. SkyHike Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw Gift Card policies, promotional offers, redemption terms, and usage conditions at any time, without prior notice.

By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card, the customer agrees to all applicable terms and conditions, privacy policies, cancellation policies, and platform guidelines of SkyHike Pvt Ltd. In case of any technical issue, dispute, verification concern, or misuse-related matter, the final decision of SkyHike Pvt Ltd. management shall be binding and conclusive.

To redeem a Gift Card, the sender must first select the desired gift amount and provide complete sender and recipient details, including name, email address, contact number, and a personalized message, if applicable.

Once the Gift Card request is successfully submitted and verified, the Gift Card will be delivered digitally to the recipient through the registered email address or any other approved communication channel used by SkyHike Pvt Ltd.

The recipient may redeem the Gift Card while purchasing eligible travel packages, products, or services available on the SkyHike platform.

To use the Gift Card, the recipient must enter the provided Gift Card details at the time of checkout or redemption. The applicable Gift Card balance will be adjusted against the selected service or order amount. If the total purchase value is higher than the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid separately by the user through an accepted payment method. Gift Cards that are expired, already redeemed, duplicated, invalid, or suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent activity may be automatically rejected or cancelled.
