Itinerary

Day 1 Himalayan Road Odyssey: Rishikesh to Auli – A Journey of Serenity & Sacred Wonders
  • Arrive in Rishikesh early morning and assemble at the designated point between 7-8 AM.
  • Meet our representative who will greet you and brief you about the expedition.
  • Board your vehicle and get ready to begin the scenic journey to Auli.
  • Travel through beautiful landscapes with stops at Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Dhari Devi Temple, Karnaprayag, Nandaprayag, and Vishnuprayag.
  • Explore the sacred Panch Prayag and temples along the way, absorbing the spiritual aura of the region.
  • Cover approximately 255 km over 8-9 hours, enjoying the winding mountain roads and breathtaking views.
  • Reach Auli by evening and be welcomed by the snow-covered slopes and crisp alpine air.
  • Check into your hotel and relax after the day’s journey.
  • Enjoy a warm, delicious dinner and unwind for the night, preparing for the adventures ahead.
Day 2 Auli Adventures & Winter Awakening
  • Start your day with winter acclimatisation as you explore the pristine slopes of Auli.
  • Dive into thrilling adventure activities like Zipline, ATV rides, and Reverse Bungee, and ski for an adrenaline-filled experience.
  • Embark on a scenic 6 km round-trip hike to Gorson Bugyal, surrounded by snow-covered trails and crisp mountain air. (Depends on snowfall conditions)

  • 👉 While entering passenger names during the booking process, Do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g. Aadhar Crad/PAN card/ Passport/Voter ID card/Any Identity Card) that you will be carrying for the Trip/Trek.

  • 👉 The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per Adhar Card. Sky Hike will not bear any liability for the name change fee if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.

  • 👉 In case your package needs to be canceled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions, etc. SkyHike reserves the right to deny a refund request in the event of a disaster, depending on the nature of the disaster and its impact on the organization.

  • 👉 Sky Hike reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, cancellation rescheduling, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

Payment & Confirmation Policies
  • 👉 100.0% of the total Trip/Trek cost will have to be paid 7 days before the Date of Travel.

  • 👉 To confirm your Trek/Trip booking, a 30% advance payment is necessary. Once we receive your deposit, we'll send you a confirmation email with all the details, Invoice & due amount, and payment date.

Cancelation & Refund Policy
  • 👉 If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the Date of Travel, 25% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • 👉 If cancellation is made between 29 days to 16 days before the date of travel, 50% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • 👉 If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 80% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • 👉 If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • 👉 If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation Email, Sky Hike reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds will be issued as per the package cancellation policy.

  • 👉 Transfer your Trek/Trip (any Trek/Trip, within 2 months of your Date of Travel) to your friend before 15 days of your Date of Travel.

  • 👉 You can only Transfer your Trip or Trek to those friends or People who haven’t booked any trip with us in a given time period. 

  • 👉 70% cash voucher in the form of 'HikeCoin' for any other Trip/Trek for one year, If we are informed before 20 days of the date of travel. (1 Rupees = 10 HikeCoin)

  • 👉 80% cash voucher in the form of 'HikeCoin' for the same Trip/Trek for one year. If we are informed 20 days before the date of travel, (1 Rupee = 10 HikeCoin)

  • 👉 The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

Child Policy
  • 👉 We recommend avoiding going on adventure trips with young children below the age of 7 years including Dham Yatra. The Dham Yatra has a demanding itinerary that can be challenging for young children.

  • 👉 Children under 5 years old are free of charge. However, Please note that this typically applies to one child per paying adult. Additional children under 5 Y/O may require a separate seat or pay a discounted fare.

  • 👉 Children between 6 and 12 years old will be charged 70% of the adult travel cost (per person).

  • 👉 Children 13 years and older will be charged the full adult travel cost.

  • 👉 Please be sure to provide the accurate age of all traveling children at the time of booking.

  • 👉 Documentation proving a child's age may be required during check-in (e.g., birth certificate, Adhar Card/Passport).

Rishikesh is well-connected by all modes of transportation, including flights, trains, and buses. Here's how you can reach Rishikesh from anywhere in India:

By Air: Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun (DED)

Rishikesh does not have its own airport. The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun, approximately 35 kilometers away. You can book a flight to Dehradun from major cities in India and then hire a taxi or cab to reach Rishikesh.

By Train: Rishikesh Railway Station (RSK)

Rishikesh Railway Station is connected to various cities across India. Trains provide a convenient and cost-effective option for reaching Rishikesh. Several trains run from major cities to Rishikesh.

By Bus: Rishikesh ISBT

Rishikesh is accessible by bus from numerous cities and towns in North India. You can choose from government or private bus services, with government buses typically being more economical and private buses offering additional comfort and amenities.
