Upon arrival at Cochin Airport or Railway Station, a SkyHike representative will receive you and assist with your transfer to Munnar.
The drive to Munnar is one of Kerala's most scenic routes. As you leave the city behind, you'll gradually enter winding mountain roads lined with spice plantations, forests, and rolling hills.
En route, stop at the beautiful Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls, both known for their refreshing surroundings and scenic beauty. These stops provide excellent opportunities for photography and short breaks during the journey.
As you move closer to Munnar, the landscape transforms into endless stretches of tea plantations covering the hillsides. The cool weather and fresh mountain air make the journey especially enjoyable.
Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. The evening is free to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the hill station.

Local Travel: ~40–50 km | Sightseeing Duration: Full Day
After breakfast, begin a full day exploration of Munnar.
Visit Mattupetty Dam, a popular attraction surrounded by forests and hills. The reservoir offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.
Continue to Echo Point, where sounds naturally bounce back from the surrounding hills. The area is also known for its scenic landscapes and lake views.
Proceed to Kundala Lake, a serene destination known for its calm waters and picturesque setting.
Later, visit Eravikulam National Park, one of Kerala's most famous protected areas. The park is home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

Distance: ~95 km | Travel Time: 3–4 Hours
After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Thekkady.
The journey takes you through beautiful valleys, spice-growing regions, and forest landscapes. The changing scenery makes this drive one of the most enjoyable parts of the trip.
Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax for a while.
Later, explore the surroundings of Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, one of India's most renowned wildlife reserves. The sanctuary is known for its natural beauty, forests, and diverse wildlife habitat.
You may also visit nearby spice plantations, where you'll learn about Kerala's famous spices such as cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, and cloves.
In the evening, guests may choose to enjoy an optional boat ride on Periyar Lake (subject to availability and direct payment), offering scenic views of the sanctuary.

Distance: ~140 km | Travel Time: 4–5 Hours
After breakfast, check out and drive towards Alleppey, often referred to as the Backwater Capital of Kerala.
The route takes you through villages, coconut groves, and rural landscapes before reaching the famous backwater region.
Upon arrival, board your traditional Kerala houseboat and complete the check-in formalities.
The houseboat cruise is among Kerala's most iconic experiences. As the boat slowly moves through the backwaters, you'll witness:

After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and begin your drive towards Kovalam.

Upon arrival in Kovalam, check into your hotel and relax.
