Itinerary

Day 1 Day 1: Delhi to Bir (Drive 471 Km, 10 hrs)
  • Your adventure begins with a comfortable private ride from Delhi to Bir, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable journey. 
  • Upon arrival in Bir, you will check into the hotel, located the Bir-Billing Road. 
  • At the hotel, you'll be provided with all the basic facilities that will make your stay memorable and hassle-free. Breakfast and dinner are also included. 
  • The day is all about relaxation as you prepare for the exploration and adventures planned for tomorrow.
  • You can explore the place at your own pace and then head back to the hotel at night. 
  • There you will have a delicious warm meal. After this, you can retire to your rooms for a peaceful sleep. 
Day 2 Day 2: Bir to Baijnath (Drive 13 Kms, 3o mins)
  • After a refreshing breakfast, you will ride to the historic Baijnath Temple, a spiritual site known for its ancient architecture and peaceful surroundings. 
  • You will have ample time to explore the temple and immerse yourself in its cultural and religious significance, with the ideal duration being 1-2 hours.
  • Following this, your journey continues as you head to the Serabling Monastery, a serene and spiritual place nestled in the hills. 
  • The monastery is a place of tranquility, where you can enjoy the peace.
  • As the day draws to a close, you'll head to the famous Bir landing site to witness one of the most breathtaking sunsets. 
  • Relax and enjoy the serene ambiance as the day fades away with beautiful colors painting the sky.
  • After a full day of exploration, you will return to your hotel for a delicious dinner, provided as part of your stay, allowing you to unwind and recharge for the next day's adventures.
Day 3 Day 3: Explore Bir
  • Your day begins with a hearty breakfast at hotel, preparing you for an action-packed day. 
  • The highlight of today’s adventure is a thrilling paragliding experience in Bir, one of the best paragliding destinations in the world. 
  • You’ll be taken to Billing via a private vehicle, where your paragliding adventure will begin.
  • As you soar through the skies, you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of the valley below, which will definitely win your heart.
  • After your exhilarating paragliding session, you will visit the beautiful Gunehar Waterfall. 
  • The ride will drop you off at the trailhead, and from there, it’s a short 20-30 minute hike to reach the waterfall. 
  • Next, explore Bir Market, where you can discover local handicrafts and vibrant cafes and perhaps enjoy some live music near the landing site. 
  • The market is a great place to interact with locals and experience the cultural vibe of Bir.
  • As the day comes to an end, return to your hotel for a well-deserved dinner. 
  • Enjoy the cozy ambiance of the hotel, where both breakfast and dinner are included to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Day 4 Day 4: Back to Delhi (Drive 471 Km, 10 hrs)
  • After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you will check out and have a return journey to Delhi. 
  • A private vehicle will be arranged for your convenience, ensuring a smooth and comfortable trip back.
  • Our adventure will end after reaching Delhi, but we surely created some life time memories with you.

  1. Plan according to the weather: The Baijnath Trek is best undertaken during spring (March-May) and autumn (September-November) when the weather is mild and comfortable. Avoid trekking during monsoons (June-August) due to landslides and heavy rainfall.
  2. Prepare for moderate to challenging terrain: The trek involves steep ascents, descents, and uneven terrain. Ensure physical fitness, and pack essential gear such as trekking shoes, poles, and comfortable clothing.

👉 While entering passenger names during the booking process, Do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g. Aadhar Crad/PAN card/ Passport/Voter ID card/Any Identity Card) that you will be carrying for the Trip/Trek.

👉 The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per Adhar Card. Sky Hike will not bear any liability for the name change fee if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.

👉 In case your package needs to be canceled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions, etc. SkyHike reserves the right to deny a refund request in the event of a disaster, depending on the nature of the disaster and its impact on the organization.

👉 Sky Hike reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, cancellation rescheduling, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

 

Payment Policies

👉 100.0% of the total Trip/Trek cost will have to be paid 7 days before the Date of Travel.

👉 To confirm your Trek/Trip booking, a 30% advance payment is necessary. Once we receive your deposit, we'll send you a confirmation email with all the details, Invoice & due amount, and payment date.

 

Cancelation & Refund Policy

👉 If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the Date of Travel, 25% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

👉 If cancellation is made between 29 days to 16 days before the date of travel, 50% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

👉 If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 80% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

👉 If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

👉 If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation Email, Sky Hike reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package Cancellation policy.

👉 Transfer your Trek/Trip (any Trek/Trip, within 2 months of your Date of Travel) to your friend before 15 days of your Date of Travel.

👉 70% cash voucher in the form of 'HikeCoin' for any other Trip/Trek for one year, If we are informed before 20 days of the date of travel. (1 Rupees = 10 HikeCoin)

👉 80% cash voucher in the form of 'HikeCoin' for the same Trip/Trek for one year. If we are informed before 20 days of the date of travel. (1 Rupee = 10 HikeCoin)

👉 The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

 

Child Policy

👉 We recommend avoiding going on adventure trips with young children below the age of 7 years including Dham Yatra. The Dham Yatra has a demanding itinerary that can be challenging for young children.

👉 Children under 5 years old are free of charge. However, Please note that this typically applies to one child per paying adult. Additional children under 5 Y/O may require a separate seat or pay a discounted fare.

👉 Children between 6 and 12 years old will be charged 70% of the adult travel cost (per person).

👉 Children 13 years and older will be charged the full adult travel cost.

👉 Please be sure to provide the accurate age of all traveling children at the time of booking.

👉 Documentation proving a child's age may be required during check-in (e.g., birth certificate, Adhar Card/Passport).
