Trade city noise for cedar forest and open meadows on this fast two-day break to Chakrata. Y
ou leave Delhi in an overnight journey and wake up near Dehradun with the hills already in view. After breakfast the road climbs to Lokhandi where a guide leads the short forest hike to Moila Top. The high meadow gives a full Himalayan view. Lunch back at the stay is followed by a tempo ride or short walk to Chirmiri Sunset Point for evening light on the Garhwal peaks.
Day two starts with an early drive to Tiger Falls. A thirty-minute path through pine brings you to the 312-foot drop, perfect for photos. After the visit you head down to Dehradun for lunch, then settle in for the smooth highway run to Delhi, arriving around 4 am.
Transport, resort stay, breakfast, dinner, bonfire and all guided walks are included. Bring walking shoes, a light jacket, and a small day-pack; we handle the rest.

Season check: Clear skies and open trails sit between March–June and late-September–November; monsoon weeks soak the cave path and make Tiger Falls slippery.
Footwear and layers: Bring grippy trekking shoes, a light rain shell, a warm fleece for the meadow breeze, and a head-torch for Budher Caves.
Cash and power: No ATMs past Chakrata market and patchy mobile data, so carry cash for snacks and a power bank to keep cameras charged.
