Package Highlights

Ranthan Kharak Trek Package 6 Nights 7 Days is an offbeat Himalayan trek in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. The trek starts from Gogina Village, located at around 2,200 meters, and follows a scenic trail through remote villages, dense forests, open meadows and high-altitude ridgelines. Unlike regular glacier treks, Ranthan Kharak offers a quieter and more immersive trekking experience, perfect for trekkers who want untouched wilderness and peaceful mountain landscapes.

The trek reaches Ranthan Top at around 3,900 meters, which is one of the biggest highlights of this route. The stretch between Thal Top and Ranthan Top offers panoramic views of Khaliya Bugyal, Panchachuli Peaks, Nanda Kot, Nanda Devi range and the Kafni Glacier region. The trail is filled with changing landscapes, from riverside sections and forest routes to bugyals and summit viewpoints.

This trek is ideal for adventure seekers looking for a less crowded Himalayan route. The complete itinerary from Kathgodam covers Gogina, Namik Village, Thala Bugyal, Chofu Top, Ranthan Top and Parwa Thor before returning to Gogina. The trek includes homestay and tent stays, vegetarian meals, experienced trek leader, kitchen crew, field staff, permits and forest fees as per the source itinerary.
