Day 1 Day 1: Delhi to Rishikesh
  • Your journey begins with a comfortable ride from Delhi to the serene city of Rishikesh, renowned for its peaceful atmosphere and spiritual significance.
  • Upon reaching Rishikesh, you will check into a hotel arranged by Skyhike. The hotel has all the basic amenities. 
  • After checking into the hotel, take some time to rest and freshen up before heading out to experience one of the most sacred spiritual ceremonies in Rishikesh—the Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat.
  • This captivating ritual, in which lamps are floated down the Ganges while prayers are chanted, is truly divine and connects you to the spiritual heart of India.
  • After the Aarti, your ride will be ready to drop you back to your hotel, where you can relax, reflect on the day, and prepare for the adventures that await you tomorrow.
  • Enjoy an amazing meal served, and then retire to your rooms. 
Day 2 Day 2: Risikesh to Paonta Sahib
  • After a restful night in Rishikesh, your journey continues with a comfortable transfer to Paonta Sahib, located in the scenic Sirmour district. Known for its spiritual significance, Paonta Sahib is a prominent destination for devotees and travelers alike.
  • But before that, we'll have our breakfast to have an energetic day. 
  • On arrival, you will visit the revered Gurudwara Paonta Sahib, an important pilgrimage site for Sikhs. This serene Gurudwara, set along the banks of the Yamuna River, offers a peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views of the flowing river.
  • Spend 2-3 hours exploring the Gurudwara and learning about its historical significance. The serene ambiance, coupled with its beautiful architecture, makes it a truly memorable experience.
  • If time permits, you can explore Tapovan in Rishikesh before departing. This area is known for its vibrant streets filled with souvenir shops and local handicrafts.
  • Tapovan is also home to some of the best cafes with live music, where you can unwind and savor the local flavors.
  • After the day's spiritual and cultural experiences, you'll return to your comfortable hotel, where you can enjoy a delicious dinner and reflect on your enriching journey.
Day 3 Day 3: Back to Delhi

👉 While entering passenger names during the booking process, Do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g. Aadhar Crad/PAN card/ Passport/Voter ID card/Any Identity Card) that you will be carrying for the Trip/Trek.

👉 The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per Adhar Card. Sky Hike will not bear any liability for the name change fee if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.

👉 In case your package needs to be canceled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions, etc. SkyHike reserves the right to deny a refund request in the event of a disaster, depending on the nature of the disaster and its impact on the organization.

👉 Sky Hike reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, cancellation rescheduling, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

 

Payment & Confirmation Policies

👉 100.0% of the total Trip/Trek cost will have to be paid 7 days before the Date of Travel.

👉 To confirm your Trek/Trip booking, a 30% advance payment is necessary. Once we receive your deposit, we'll send you a confirmation email with all the details, Invoice & due amount, and payment date.

 

Cancelation & Refund Policy

👉 If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the Date of Travel, 25% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

👉 If cancellation is made between 29 days to 16 days before the date of travel, 50% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

👉 If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 80% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

👉 If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

👉 If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation Email, Sky Hike reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package Cancellation policy.

👉 Transfer your Trek/Trip (any Trek/Trip, within 2 months of your Date of Travel) to your friend before 15 days of your Date of Travel.

👉 70% cash voucher in the form of 'HikeCoin' for any other Trip/Trek for one year, If we are informed before 20 days of the date of travel. (1 Rupees = 10 HikeCoin)

👉 80% cash voucher in the form of 'HikeCoin' for the same Trip/Trek for one year. If we are informed before 20 days of the date of travel. (1 Rupee = 10 HikeCoin)

👉 The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

 

Child Policy

👉 We recommend avoiding going on adventure trips with young children below the age of 7 years including Dham Yatra. The Dham Yatra has a demanding itinerary that can be challenging for young children.

👉 Children under 5 years old are free of charge. However, Please note that this typically applies to one child per paying adult. Additional children under 5 Y/O may require a separate seat or pay a discounted fare.

👉 Children between 6 and 12 years old will be charged 70% of the adult travel cost (per person).

👉 Children 13 years and older will be charged the full adult travel cost.

👉 Please be sure to provide the accurate age of all traveling children at the time of booking.

👉 Documentation proving a child's age may be required during check-in (e.g., birth certificate, Adhar Card/Passport).
