Itinerary

Day 1 DAY 01 | Delhi Airport → Nainital

Distance: ~299 km | Travel Time: 7–8 hrs

On arrival at Delhi Airport, a SkyHike representative will receive you as per your flight schedule. After a short briefing, begin your drive towards Nainital, covering approximately 299 km over 7 to 8 hours.

The journey gradually leaves the plains and enters the foothills of Uttarakhand. As you climb higher, forested roads and cool air welcome you. Short comfort breaks will be arranged along the way.

By evening, reach Nainital and check into your hotel. After a long drive, the evening is kept relaxed.

Day 2 DAY 02 | Nainital Sightseeing → Kainchi Dham

Distance: Nainital to Kainchi Dham ~17 km | Travel Time: 45 mins (excluding sightseeing)

After breakfast, begin exploring Nainital. You will visit Naina Devi Temple located near Naini Lake. Optional boating is available at the lake at personal cost.

Later, you may visit Snow View Point either by ropeway or drive, offering wide Himalayan views on clear days. You will also walk along Mall Road and can visit Tiffin Top for panoramic views if time permits. Eco Cave Garden is another short stop for those interested.

Post sightseeing, drive approximately 17 km to Kainchi Dham, which takes around 45 minutes. On arrival, visit the ashram of Neem Karoli Baba and spend quiet time there.

Day 3 DAY 03 | Kainchi Dham → Jageshwar

Distance: ~79 km | Travel Time: 3–4 hrs

After morning darshan at Kainchi Dham, begin your drive towards Jageshwar, covering around 79 km in approximately 3 to 4 hours.

The road passes through dense deodar forests and winding mountain stretches. On arrival, visit Jageshwar Dham, a complex of 124 ancient Shiva temples dating back centuries.

You may also visit the ASI Archaeological Museum and take a short forest walk along the Jata Ganga Valley.

Day 4 DAY 04 | Jageshwar → Pithoragarh → Dharchula

Distance: ~215 km | Travel Time: 7–8 hrs

Today is a longer drive day. After early breakfast, depart towards Dharchula via Pithoragarh, covering approximately 215 km over 7 to 8 hours.

The road gradually moves closer to the Kali River, with valley views and distant Himalayan peaks appearing as you approach Dharchula.

On arrival, you may take a short walk to the Kali River Bridge and explore the local Nepal market if time permits.

Day 5 DAY 05 | Dharchula → Nabi Village

Distance: ~70 km | Travel Time: 5–6 hrs (restricted mountain roads)

After breakfast, complete Inner Line Permit formalities if required and begin your journey towards Nabi Village.

The 70 km stretch may take 5 to 6 hours due to narrow and restricted mountain roads. The vehicle changes to an SUV suitable for high altitude terrain.

As you gain altitude, the landscape becomes more rugged and remote. On reaching Nabi Village, rest and allow your body to acclimatize.

Facilities here are basic, and electricity or network may be limited.

Day 6 DAY 06 | Nabi → Adi Kailash → Return to Nabi

Distance: ~90 km (round trip) | Travel Time: Full day

After breakfast, begin your journey towards Adi Kailash Base via high altitude mountain roads. The round trip distance is approximately 90 km, and the entire day is dedicated to this visit.

Depending on road conditions, you may use local 4x4 vehicles and complete a short walk near the base.

You will visit Adi Kailash for darshan and also see Parvati Sarovar. The surroundings are peaceful and spiritually significant.

After spending sufficient time, return to Nabi by evening.

Day 7 DAY 07 | Om Parvat Viewpoint → Return to Nabi

Distance: ~45 km (round trip)

After breakfast, drive towards Om Parvat Viewpoint. The round trip covers approximately 45 km.

From the parking area, a short 300 meter walk takes you to the viewpoint. From here, you can witness the natural snow formation resembling the sacred “Om” symbol.

Spend time at the viewpoint before returning to Nabi.

Day 8 DAY 08 | Nabi → Dharchula → Chaukori

Distance: ~170 km | Travel Time: 6–7 hrs

After breakfast, descend from the high altitude region back to Dharchula and continue towards Chaukori, covering approximately 170 km over 6 to 7 hours.

As you reach Chaukori, the landscape opens into tea gardens and wide Himalayan views. In the evening, you may witness sunset views of Nanda Devi and Panchachuli peaks on clear days.

Day 9 DAY 09 | Chaukori → Patal Bhuvaneshwar → Bhimtal

Distance: ~171 km | Travel Time: 5–6 hrs

After breakfast, depart for Patal Bhuvaneshwar. The limestone cave temple is associated with ancient Hindu mythology and requires descending steps into the cave with a guide.

After the visit, continue your drive towards Bhimtal, covering the remaining distance comfortably.

On arrival, check into your hotel near the lake and relax.

Day 10 DAY 10 | Bhimtal → Delhi Airport

Distance: ~325 km | Travel Time: 7 hrs

After early breakfast, check out and begin your return drive to Delhi Airport, covering approximately 325 km over around 7 hours.

Comfort breaks will be provided along the way. Drop will be arranged as per your flight schedule.

  • 👉 While entering passenger names during the booking process, do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g., Aadhar Card/PAN card/ Passport/Voter ID card/Any Identity Card) that you will be carrying for the Trip/Trek.
  • 👉 The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per Adhar Card/PAN card/ Passport/Voter ID card/Any Identity Card. Sky Hike will not bear any liability for the name change fee if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
  • 👉 In case your package needs to be canceled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions, etc. SkyHike reserves the right to deny a refund request in the event of a disaster, depending on the nature of the disaster and its impact on the organization.
  • 👉 Sky Hike reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, cancellation, rescheduling, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • 👉 SkyHike is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to person or property caused due to natural calamities or accidents.
  • 👉Travelers/Trekkers must take full responsibility for their personal belongings.
  • 👉Travel Insurance is not included unless mentioned. Strongly recommended for high-risk destinations or international travel.
Payment & Confirmation Policies
  • 👉 100.0% of the total Trip/Trek cost will have to be paid 7 days before the Date of Travel.
  • 👉 Booking will be considered confirmed only after a minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost.
  • 👉 Once we receive your deposit, we'll send you a confirmation email with all the details, the Invoice & due amount, and the payment date.
  • 👉 Failure to make a timely payment may result in auto-cancellation without prior notice.
  • 👉 Valid ID proof (Aadhar card, passport, etc.) must be submitted at the time of booking.
  • 👉 For international trips, passport copies with a minimum of 6 months' validity and visa documents must be submitted as per deadlines.
  • 👉 Payments accepted via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or bank transfers.
  • 👉 Payments made via Credit/Debit Card may attract an additional payment gateway charge (as per the gateway's fee structure).
  • 👉 Cash payments (if any) must be acknowledged with an official receipt.
  • 👉 If you choose to book flight, train, or bus tickets through SkyHike’s team, Full payment is required to issue flight, train, or bus tickets.
  • 👉 Transport ticket prices are dynamic. Final fare will be as per the live rates visible on the booking portals at the time of processing. Any price difference from previous quotes will be chargeable.
Cancelation & Refund Policy
  • 👉 The advance amount is non-refundable.
  • 👉 The guest is eligible to request a refund only if the paid booking amount exceeds 30%.
  • 👉 If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the Date of Travel, 30% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 👉 If cancellation is made between 29 days to 16 days before the date of travel, 50% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 👉 If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 80% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 👉 If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
    Last-minute No-Show: 100% cancellation charges applicable. No reschedule. No refund.
  • 👉 If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation Email, Sky Hike reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds will be issued as per the package cancellation policy.
  • 👉 Transfer your Trek/Trip (any Trek/Trip, within 2 months of your Date of Travel) to your friend before 15 days of your Date of Travel. However, your friend will be eligible for the transfer only if they have not booked any trip/trek with us and have yet to travel.
  • 👉 You can only transfer your Trip or Trek to those friends or People who haven’t booked any trip with us in a given time period.
  • 👉 80% cash voucher in the form of 'HikeCoin' for any other Trip/Trek for one year, if we are informed before 20 days of the date of travel. (1 Rupees = 10 HikeCoin)
  • 👉 90% cash voucher in the form of 'HikeCoin' for the same Trip/Trek for one year. If we are informed 20 days before the date of travel, (1 Rupee = 10 HikeCoin)
  • 👉 The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
  • 👉 The company is not liable for compensation beyond the tour cost.
  • 👉 Non-Refundable Items: Flight/train/bus tickets once issued are non-refundable.
  • 👉 Permit fees, forest entry charges, or third-party service charges are non-refundable.
  • 👉 Flight/train/bus tickets once issued are non-refundable unless the carrier’s official policy allows cancellation with a refund.
  • 👉 Flight/train/bus tickets applicable refunds will be processed as per the terms of that organization or Booking Portal, and service charges (if any) will be deducted.
  • 👉 No refund will be made for partially utilized services like early check-out, skipped meals, missed sightseeing, or transport.
  • 👉 If sightseeing tickets have been pre-booked, refund eligibility will depend on the official cancellation policy of the issuing authority or managing organization of that specific attraction.
Child Policy
  • 👉 We recommend avoiding going on adventure trips with young children below the age of 7 years, including Dham Yatra. The Dham Yatra has a demanding itinerary that can be challenging for young children.
  • 👉 Children under 5 years old are free of charge. However, please note that this typically applies to one child per paying couple. Additional children under 5 Y/O may require a separate seat or pay a discounted fare.
  • 👉 Children between 6 and 12 years old will be charged 70% of the adult travel cost (per person).
  • 👉 Children 12 years and older will be charged the full adult travel cost.
  • 👉 Please be sure to provide the accurate age of all traveling children at the time of booking.
  • 👉 Documentation proving a child's age may be required during check-in (e.g., birth certificate, Adhar Card/Passport).
