Kuari Pass Trek Package 4 Nights 5 Days is a beautiful Himalayan trekking experience in Uttarakhand, starting from Rishikesh and moving towards Joshimath or Pipalkoti. The trek route takes you from Joshimath to Tugasi Village and then towards Khullara Camp, a peaceful campsite surrounded by forests and mountain landscapes. From Khullara, the trail continues towards Kuari Pass, offering breathtaking views of famous Himalayan peaks and open ridge walks. The route is perfect for trekkers looking for a mix of road journey, village trail, camping and high-altitude mountain views.

This SkyHike itinerary is designed with a simple and comfortable 5-day flow, covering Rishikesh, Pipalkoti or Joshimath, Tugasi Village, Khullara Camp and Kuari Pass. Meals are included as per the itinerary, with dinner on Day 1, all three meals on trekking days, lunch excluded on Day 4 and breakfast included on Day 5. It is a good choice for beginners with basic fitness as well as regular trekkers looking for a short Himalayan escape.

Itinerary

Day 1 Rishikesh to Pipalkoti/Joshimath
  • Start your journey from Rishikesh in the morning and drive towards Pipalkoti or Joshimath.
  • The route passes through beautiful mountain roads, river valleys and important towns of Uttarakhand.
  • Enjoy the scenic drive through Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag and other Himalayan landscapes depending on the route and time.
  • Reach Pipalkoti or Joshimath by evening and check into your stay.
  • Dinner will be served at the hotel or guesthouse.
  • Overnight stay will be in Pipalkoti or Joshimath.
  • Meal Included: Dinner only
Day 2 Joshimath to Tugasi Village and Trek to Khullara Camp
  • After breakfast, drive from Joshimath towards Tugasi Village.
  • Tugasi Village is the starting point of the trek towards Khullara Camp.
  • Begin the trek through forest trails, village routes and beautiful mountain surroundings.
  • The trail gradually takes you towards Khullara, a peaceful campsite known for its natural beauty and Himalayan views.
  • Reach Khullara Camp by evening and settle into the campsite.
  • Enjoy evening tea, dinner and overnight camping under the mountain sky.
  • Overnight stay will be at Khullara Camp.
  • Hot Lunch at Guilling Top 
  • Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Day 3 Khullara Camp to Kuari Pass and Back to Khullara
  • Wake up early and start the trek towards Kuari Pass.
  • This is the most important and scenic day of the trek.
  • The trail offers wide mountain views, open ridges and beautiful Himalayan landscapes.
  • On reaching Kuari Pass, enjoy breathtaking views of snow-covered peaks and surrounding valleys.
  • Spend some time at the pass, click pictures and experience the peaceful mountain atmosphere.
  • After enjoying the views, trek back to Khullara Camp.
  • Reach the campsite by evening and relax after a long trekking day.
  • Overnight stay will be at Khullara Camp.
  • Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Day 4 Khullara to Tugasi and Drive to Pipalkoti
  • After breakfast, start descending from Khullara Camp towards Tugasi Village.
  • The trail passes through the same scenic forest and village route.
  • Reach Tugasi Village and then drive towards Pipalkoti.
  • Check into your stay and relax after completing the trek.
  • Dinner will be served at the hotel or guesthouse.
  • Overnight stay will be in Pipalkoti.
  • Meals Included: Breakfast and Dinner

Day 5 Pipalkoti to Rishikesh
  • After breakfast, check out and start the return drive towards Rishikesh.
  • Enjoy the beautiful road journey through Himalayan valleys, riverside routes and mountain towns.
  • Reach Rishikesh by evening.
  • The trip ends with beautiful memories of Kuari Pass, Khullara Camp and the Garhwal Himalayas.
  • Meal Included: Breakfast only

  • 👉 We recommend avoiding going on adventure trips with young children below the age of 7 years, including Dham Yatra. The Dham Yatra has a demanding itinerary that can be challenging for young children.
  • 👉 Children under 5 years old are free of charge. However, please note that this typically applies to one child per paying couple. Additional children under 5 Y/O may require a separate seat or pay a discounted fare.
  • 👉 Children between 6 and 12 years old will be charged 70% of the adult travel cost (per person).
  • 👉 Children 12 years and older will be charged the full adult travel cost.
  • 👉 Please be sure to provide the accurate age of all traveling children at the time of booking.
