Package Highlights

Ralam Dhura Pass Trekking Expedition is one of the most challenging high-altitude expeditions in the Kumaon Himalayas. The route connects the ancient Johar Valley with the remote Darma Valley and reaches an altitude of 5,645 meters, making it a serious expedition for experienced trekkers only. The source document clearly states that the journey begins from Munsiyari and concludes in Darma Valley at the base of the Panchachuli peaks.

This expedition is physically and mentally demanding, with rugged glaciers, high ridges, remote wilderness and technical sections. Some of the most challenging parts include the descent to Yangchiri Glacier from Yangchiri Pass and the steep technical descent from Ralam Dhura to Nipuchukang, where ropes may be required for safe passage.

The journey covers Kathgodam, Munsiyari, Lilam, Paton Village, Lungriani, Killadum, Ralam Village, Yangchuri Base Camp, Ralam Dhura Base Camp, Ralam Dhura Pass, Nipakchung Valley, Sipu, Dantu, Panchachuli Base Camp, Dugtu, Dharchula and Kathgodam. It is designed for trekkers who want a raw, remote and technically demanding Himalayan expedition.
