Upon arrival at Cochin Airport or Railway Station, a SkyHike representative will receive you and assist with your transfer to Munnar.
The drive to Munnar is one of Kerala's most scenic journeys. As you leave the city behind, you'll pass through winding mountain roads, dense greenery, spice plantations, and picturesque valleys.
En route, visit the beautiful Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls, where cascading waters flow through lush surroundings. These stops provide excellent opportunities to enjoy nature and capture memorable photographs.
As the journey continues, you'll begin to see Munnar's famous tea plantations spread across rolling hills. The cool climate and peaceful atmosphere make the hill station a refreshing escape from city life.
Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax.

Local Travel: ~40–50 km | Sightseeing Duration: Full Day
After breakfast, set out for a full day of sightseeing in Munnar.
Visit Mattupetty Dam, one of the most popular attractions in the region, surrounded by hills and forests. Continue to Echo Point, where visitors can experience the natural echo created by the surrounding landscape.
Proceed to Kundala Lake, known for its peaceful setting and beautiful views. Later, visit Eravikulam National Park, famous for its rolling grasslands, mountain scenery, and the endangered Nilgiri Tahr.

Overnight Stay: Munnar
Distance: ~95 km | Travel Time: 3–4 Hours
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Thekkady.
The route passes through scenic valleys, spice plantations, and beautiful mountain landscapes. The changing scenery makes the journey enjoyable throughout.
Upon arrival in Thekkady, check into your hotel and relax.
Later, explore the surroundings of Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, one of India's most renowned wildlife reserves. The sanctuary is known for its forests, rich biodiversity, and peaceful natural surroundings.
You may also visit nearby spice plantations where you'll learn about Kerala's world-famous spices such as cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, and cloves.
Guests may choose to enjoy an optional boat ride on Periyar Lake (subject to availability and direct payment).
After sightseeing, return to the hotel.
Overnight Stay: Thekkady
Distance: ~140 km | Travel Time: 4–5 Hours
After breakfast, check out and drive towards Alleppey, often called the Backwater Capital of Kerala.
Upon arrival, board your traditional Kerala houseboat and complete the check-in process.
As the houseboat slowly cruises through the backwaters, you'll witness Kerala's rural beauty unfold around you. Pass through narrow canals, coconut-lined waterways, paddy fields, fishing villages, and traditional homes.
The slow pace of the cruise allows you to truly appreciate the peaceful surroundings and local lifestyle along the backwaters.
Freshly prepared meals are served onboard while you relax and enjoy the journey.
By evening, the houseboat anchors at a scenic location for an overnight stay.

Distance: ~120 km | Travel Time: 3–4 Hours
After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and proceed towards Varkala.
Located along the Arabian Sea coastline, Varkala is one of Kerala's most unique beach destinations, known for its dramatic cliffs overlooking the sea.
Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax before heading out for local sightseeing.
Visit the famous Varkala Beach and Varkala Cliff, where you'll enjoy panoramic views of the coastline and the Arabian Sea. The cliffside pathways are lined with cafés, shops, and viewpoints, creating a lively yet relaxed atmosphere.
You may also visit Papanasam Beach, which is believed to hold spiritual significance and attracts visitors throughout the year.
Spend the evening enjoying the coastal scenery, sea breeze, and sunset views before returning to the hotel.

Distance: ~170 km | Travel Time: 4–5 Hours
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey back to Cochin.
The drive takes you through Kerala's coastal and countryside landscapes, offering one final opportunity to enjoy the beauty of God's Own Country.
Upon arrival in Cochin, a SkyHike representative will assist with your drop at the Airport or Railway Station according to your departure schedule.
