The journey begins with a bike ride from Guwahati to Kaziranga, where travellers enjoy the beauty of Assam’s highways, tea gardens and village landscapes. A jeep safari in Kaziranga National Park adds a thrilling wildlife experience with the possibility of spotting one-horned rhinoceros, elephants, deer, birds and other wildlife in their natural surroundings.
From Kaziranga, the route continues towards Shillong, Shnongpdeng, Mawlynnong and Cherrapunjee. Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Guwahati and Bike Ride to Kaziranga

Arrive at Guwahati Airport, railway station or Khanapara as per your travel plan.
Complete your arrival formalities and meet the SkyHike trip captain and fellow riders.
Attend a short trip briefing where the route plan, riding rules, safety guidelines and basic instructions will be explained.
Collect your bike and riding gear as per package confirmation.
Start your first bike ride towards Kaziranga National Park.
Ride through scenic highways, tea gardens, small Assamese villages and beautiful countryside views.
Take regular breaks during the journey for hydration, rest and photography.
On arrival in Kaziranga, check in to the hotel and freshen up.
Spend the evening at leisure around the property.
You may enjoy a relaxed walk, sip Assam tea or spend time with fellow riders after the first day’s ride.
Overnight stay will be arranged at the hotel in Kaziranga.

Day 2 Kaziranga Jeep Safari and Bike Ride to Shillong

Wake up early in the morning and get ready for an exciting wildlife experience.
Proceed for a jeep safari inside Kaziranga National Park as per permit timing and availability.
Kaziranga National Park is famous for one-horned rhinoceros, elephants, deer, wild buffalo, birds and rich grassland landscapes.

After completing the safari, return to the hotel and enjoy breakfast.

Day 4 Shnongpdeng Water Activities, Mawlynnong Village and Ride to Cherrapunjee

Wake up to a beautiful riverside morning in Shnongpdeng.
Enjoy breakfast at the camp.
Spend time enjoying boating on the clear waters of the Umngot River as per package confirmation and local conditions.
Other water activities may be available at an additional cost depending on weather, water level, safety rules and local operator availability.
After the riverside experience, check out from the camp and begin your ride towards Mawlynnong Village.
Explore Mawlynnong, known for its clean village lanes, bamboo walkways, local homes, peaceful surroundings and village charm.
Spend some time understanding the simple lifestyle and natural beauty of the region.
Later, continue your ride towards Cherrapunjee through misty roads, green valleys and scenic viewpoints.
On arrival in Cherrapunjee, check in to the hotel or resort and relax.

Day 5 Single Root Bridge and Double Decker Living Root Bridge Trek

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel in Cherrapunjee.
After breakfast, depart for Tyrna Village, the starting point of the famous living root bridge trek.
Begin the trek towards the Single Root Bridge through forest trails, stone steps, streams and lush green surroundings.
Continue further towards the Double Decker Living Root Bridge, one of the most iconic natural wonders of Meghalaya.
Spend time near the bridge and enjoy the peaceful forest setting.
The trek includes around 3300 steps one way, so travellers should be physically prepared for a demanding descent and climb.
After exploring the bridge, start the return trek back to Tyrna Village.
Reach the top and return to Cherrapunjee by evening.
Relax after the long trekking day.
Overnight stay will be arranged in Cherrapunjee.

Day 6 Cherrapunjee to Shillong via Mawsmai Cave, Nohkalikai Falls and Wei Sawdong Falls

Start your ride towards Shillong through misty roads, green valleys and scenic viewpoints.

Any cost arising due to landslides, roadblocks, heavy rainfall, vehicle breakdown, route diversion, local restrictions, natural calamity, political disturbance, forced circumstances or unavoidable situations will be borne directly by the traveller.

Payment & Confirmation Policies

👉 100.0% of the total Trip/Trek cost will have to be paid 7 days before the Date of Travel.
👉 Booking will be considered confirmed only after a minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost.
👉 Once we receive your deposit, we'll send you a confirmation email with all the details, the Invoice & due amount, and the payment date.
👉 Failure to make a timely payment may result in auto-cancellation without prior notice.
👉 Valid ID proof (Aadhar card, passport, etc.) must be submitted at the time of booking.
👉 For international trips, passport copies with a minimum of 6 months' validity and visa documents must be submitted as per deadlines.
👉 Payments accepted via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or bank transfers.
👉 Payments made via Credit/Debit Card may attract an additional payment gateway charge (as per the gateway's fee structure).
