• 👉 The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per Adhar Card/PAN card/ Passport/Voter ID card/Any Identity Card. Sky Hike will not bear any liability for the name change fee if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
• 👉 In case your package needs to be canceled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions, etc. SkyHike reserves the right to deny a refund request in the event of a disaster, depending on the nature of the disaster and its impact on the organization.
• 👉 Sky Hike reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, cancellation, rescheduling, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
• 👉 SkyHike is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to person or property caused due to natural calamities or accidents.
• 👉Travelers/Trekkers must take full responsibility for their personal belongings.
• 👉Travel Insurance is not included unless mentioned. Strongly recommended for high-risk destinations or international travel.

• 👉 100.0% of the total Trip/Trek cost will have to be paid 7 days before the Date of Travel.
• 👉 Booking will be considered confirmed only after a minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost.
• 👉 Once we receive your deposit, we'll send you a confirmation email with all the details, the Invoice & due amount, and the payment date.
• 👉 Failure to make a timely payment may result in auto-cancellation without prior notice.
• 👉 Valid ID proof (Aadhar card, passport, etc.) must be submitted at the time of booking.
• 👉 For international trips, passport copies with a minimum of 6 months' validity and visa documents must be submitted as per deadlines.
• 👉 Payments accepted via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or bank transfers.
• 👉 Payments made via Credit/Debit Card may attract an additional payment gateway charge (as per the gateway's fee structure).
• 👉 Cash payments (if any) must be acknowledged with an official receipt.
• 👉 If you choose to book flight, train, or bus tickets through SkyHike’s team, Full payment is required to issue flight, train, or bus tickets.
• 👉 Transport ticket prices are dynamic. Final fare will be as per the live rates visible on the booking portals at the time of processing. Any price difference from previous quotes will be chargeable.

• 👉 The advance amount is non-refundable.
• 👉 The guest is eligible to request a refund only if the paid booking amount exceeds 30%.
• 👉 If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the Date of Travel, 30% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 👉 If cancellation is made between 29 days to 16 days before the date of travel, 50% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 👉 If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 80% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 👉 If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  Last-minute No-Show: 100% cancellation charges applicable. No reschedule. No refund.
• 👉 If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation Email, Sky Hike reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds will be issued as per the package cancellation policy.
• 👉 Transfer your Trek/Trip (any Trek/Trip, within 2 months of your Date of Travel) to your friend before 15 days of your Date of Travel. However, your friend will be eligible for the transfer only if they have not booked any trip/trek with us and have yet to travel.
• 👉 You can only transfer your Trip or Trek to those friends or People who haven’t booked any trip with us in a given time period.
• 👉 80% cash voucher in the form of 'HikeCoin' for any other Trip/Trek for one year, if we are informed before 20 days of the date of travel. (1 Rupees = 10 HikeCoin)
• 👉 90% cash voucher in the form of 'HikeCoin' for the same Trip/Trek for one year. If we are informed 20 days before the date of travel, (1 Rupee = 10 HikeCoin)
• 👉 The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
• 👉 The company is not liable for compensation beyond the tour cost.
• 👉 Non-Refundable Items: Flight/train/bus tickets once issued are non-refundable.
• 👉 Permit fees, forest entry charges, or third-party service charges are non-refundable.
• 👉 Flight/train/bus tickets once issued are non-refundable unless the carrier’s official policy allows cancellation with a refund.
• 👉 Flight/train/bus tickets applicable refunds will be processed as per the terms of that organization or Booking Portal, and service charges (if any) will be deducted.
• 👉 No refund will be made for partially utilized services like early check-out, skipped meals, missed sightseeing, or transport.
• 👉 If sightseeing tickets have been pre-booked, refund eligibility will depend on the official cancellation policy of the issuing authority or managing organization of that specific attraction.

Cancellation Policy:
If passengers cancel their booking prior or after commencement of the tour, the following cancellation charges will be applicable –

• More than 28 days prior to travel date: 30% of total tour cost.
• Between 15 and 28 days prior to travel date: 50% of total tour cost.
• 14-08 days prior to travel date: 75% of total tour cost.
• Less than 07 Days prior to travel date: No Refund
• No show: No Refund.
• After commencement of the tour: No Refund.

Force Majeure & Bad Weather Refunds: 

• Basis of Refund:
  • Tour Cost: Full refund toward the proportionate amount of the cancelled sector as below-
  • Cancellation of Complete Tour:  Full refund, minus INR 5,000 per person towards Flight preparation & service charges.
  • Only Badrinath Ji: INR 5,00,000 (tax inclusive for 06 pax).
  • Ek Dham Badrinath Dham tour cost will be chargeable to the passengers in case only Badri Dham is covered.
  • Only Kedarnath ji – INR 4,50,000 (tax inclusive for 06 pax).
  • Ekdham Kedarnath Dham tour cost will be chargeable to the passengers in case only Kedar Dham is covered.
  • Additional Services: Deduction of any additional services provided at any of the Dhams during the tour of the passengers will be deducted over and above the refundable Tour Cost.
  • Refund against any unutilized service would not be calculated separately and would be added to the refundable amount.
  • COVID-19 Case, or any National/State Emergency: In case passengers test COVID positive before the travel, or the Yatra gets called off by the government, or any National or State emergency is imposed, there will be no refunds applicable. However, passengers will be provided a Credit Voucher by SkyHike against the advance paid, which will be valid for one year. It can be utilised against any of our helicopter tours or charter services (for the full amount of the credit voucher), by the passengers or any of their friends/relatives.

Bad Weather & Force Majeure Policies:

• Where bad weather, technical snags, or any force majeure reason beyond Himalayan Heli Services’ control results in the cancellation of the flight or delay, SkyHike will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, a refund will be given to clients as per our refund policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals, or any other extra travel expenses incurred by the passengers shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
  In case tour departure does not take place from Dehradun as per the scheduled departure timing due to above reasons, our team will propose a possible revised itinerary within our package duration, but without any extension of days.
• In case flying does not take place during the entire day, the tour will be considered as cancelled & a refund as per our policies will be made. 
  Booking will not be revalidated to the next day under any circumstance. In case the passengers would like to consider taking the tour on the next available date, a fresh booking can be made for the same. Our team will propose the available options to the passengers. 
• The balance/unutilized amount against the previous booking can be adjusted against the fresh booking. And any extra costs that would be accruing will have to be borne by the passengers.
• In case the tour departs from Dehradun as per schedule but gets disrupted, while the tour is ongoing, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within the scheduled package duration, but without any extension of timings.
• Any extension proposed by the passengers, in the package, will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.
  Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on a direct payment basis when they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force majeure reasons.

Kedarnath Bad Weather Disclaimer:

• Bad weather stops helicopter flying at Kedarnath, which is highly common in the Kedar valley. Due to this, passengers are at risk of getting stranded and spending the night at Kedarnath top.
• In such conditions, our team will try to arrange rooms at the guest houses available at Kedarnath top. These rooms will be booked on ad-hoc basis, subject to availability, and the accommodation charges will be borne directly by the guests.
• Also, please note that the guest houses at Kedarnath are basic, And unfortunately, due to extremely high demand for rooms, the cost of accommodation at Kedarnath tends to be unfairly high compared to the quality of services offered. Guests are advised to be prepared for such contingencies.
• If passengers require extra helicopter flying at the end of their tour, the same will be chargeable at @ INR 1,50,000/ Hr + UCADA royalty & landing charges + GST.
• While passengers are stuck at a Dham due to bad weather/force majeure reasons, and demand to cancel their tour and return by road, Himalayan Heli shall arrange transportation for them, however, the cost for the same will be borne by the passengers on direct payment basis. No refund shall be applicable in this case.
• As operations are subject to weather conditions, force majeure events, and NOTAMs, Himalayan Heli shall not be held liable for any subsequent travel plans or arrangements made by guests after the completion of the tour. Guests are strongly advised to keep an additional buffer day in their itinerary to accommodate any unforeseen operational delays.
• Any increase in government levies or taxes, after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers. Payment against the same will have to be made before the commencement of the tour.

Disputes:  

• Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Uttarakhand Jurisdiction.
• Bookings will be taken, considering there is acceptance of the above-mentioned terms & conditions by the party.
