Nestled in the Himalayas, Kedarnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is the eleventh out of twelve Jyotirlingas of India. Often included in the Do Dham yatra package, the journey to the ancient Kedarnath Temple is an adventure in itself, often involving a trek through stunning, rugged terrain. The temple, set against the majestic backdrop of snow-capped peaks, exudes tranquility and reverence. Pilgrims and travelers alike find solace in the serene environment, the melodious chants, and the cool, crisp air. The Mandakini River flowing nearby adds to the mystical charm. Badrinath is one of the four holy Char Dham destinations and also a part of the Panch Badri circuit. According to Hindu mythology, it is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, who is worshipped here as Badrinarayan. The temple holds great importance for Vaishnavites and devotees seeking spiritual liberation (Moksha).
Note: Sightseeing stops depend on traffic conditions and arrival timings at Sitapur. Minor adjustments may be required.
Note: To experience the full Chopta–Tungnath-Chandrashila trek, an early morning departure from Ukhimath is essential. Delays may require skipping the Tungnath Trek and proceeding directly to Badrinath.

👉 We recommend avoiding going on adventure trips with young children below the age of 7 years including Dham Yatra. The Dham Yatra has a demanding itinerary that can be challenging for young children.
👉 Children under 5 years old are free of charge. However, Please note that this typically applies to one child per paying adult. Additional children under 5 Y/O may require a separate seat or pay a discounted fare.
👉 Children between 6 and 12 years old will be charged 70% of the adult travel cost (per person).
👉 Children 13 years and older will be charged the full adult travel cost.

Badrinath Temple: Badrinath Dham, nestled in the scenic Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, is one of the holiest pilgrimage sites in India and a key part of the Char Dham Yatra. Surrounded by the majestic Nar and Narayan mountain ranges, it is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and attracts thousands of devotees annually. The temple offers breathtaking views of the Alaknanda River and serene Himalayan landscapes.
Tapt Kund: A natural hot water spring near the temple where pilgrims bathe before offering prayers.
Mana Village: The last inhabited village on the Indo-Tibetan border, known for its mythological significance.
Vyas Gufa: The cave where sage Vyasa is believed to have composed the Mahabharata.
Charan Paduka: A sacred rock with footprints believed to belong to Lord Vishnu.

Vishnuprayag: Confluence of the Alaknanda and Dhauliganga rivers. It is named after Lord Vishnu, and a Vishnu temple near the confluence draws pilgrims throughout the year. The pristine beauty of the surrounding hills adds to its divine charm.
Nandaprayag: Confluence of the Alaknanda and Nandakini rivers. Named after King Nanda of the Chand dynasty, it is believed to have been a site of great penance and devotion.
Karnaprayag: Confluence of the Alaknanda and Pindar rivers. This Prayag is associated with Karna from the Mahabharata, who is believed to have meditated here and received boons from Lord Surya (the Sun God).

👉 In case your package needs to be canceled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions, etc. SkyHike reserves the right to deny a refund request in the event of a disaster, depending on the nature of the disaster and its impact on the organization.
